There is a very large feral cat colony living here that’s grown out of control. There is a cat pretty much everywhere you look outside. Almost all of the cats are sick, flea-ridden, injured, or diseased. Management desperately needs to partner with animal control and local TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) programs to control this issue. It can also impact the health of the people living here.
There's a lot of stray cats, but the managers don't like it, so why don't they call or bring the cats to the veterinary clinic, animal rescue, or humane society so some people live in here doesn't have to feel bad for the cats who was starving, thirsty, and got sick by the cold. Because if they cared about the place so much, then they should take action to it, and also that's their responsibility because they're the one who worked here. The property manager Noel is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yells at tenants, complain about how hard her job is even though she signed up for it. She act as if tenants are a nuisance. I know that this property is assisted housing but it's no way to treat your tenants like that, especially when they're still paying a portion of their income. We're paying customers.
