The property manager Noel is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yells at tenants, complain about how hard her job is even though she signed up for it. She act as if tenants are a nuisance. I know that this property is assisted housing but it's no way to treat your tenants like that, especially when they're still paying a portion of their income. We're paying customers.
very rude customer service, the manager lady can be harsh on my family because we are imigrants and speak little english . she doesnt need to be aggressive i will report this to section 8 or any programs that help tenant
