RecommendedGreat experience! I have lived here 2 years and I love it!
So far, so good! I've only lived here for a few months and I haven't had any issues. My only complaint is closet space - there isn't any. There isn't a hall closet, pantry closet or a linen closet. Plus, you have to pay extra for a storage closet. Other than that, the property is well-maintained, the residents/staff are friendly and it's quiet. I'd recommend this complex.
We have lived here for 2 years and most of the amenities are a joke. The hot tubs don't work most of the time, the BBQ grills are always nasty and older, the fire pits have NEVER worked. When you pay $1500 a month you would think you would have working amenities. The front gate goes out alot so people don't even need a code to get in. The tvs in the exercise room has never worked.
Although I enjoyed my time at this community, the offboarding process was painful. Las Brisas Luxury Apartments charged me for a replacement of carpet after only being there one year. The bid they provided to me did not explicitly state "carpet replacement" as a recommendation. After disputing the charge and asking they assume partial responsibility since the decision was on behalf of the community, not the third party, the "assistant" (Lacey Wrenn) insisted I was at fault.
