Same experience, this association has the worst service! The communication is slow and nothing seems to move forward, this Association works for us, the owners, not the owners form them having to go out of our way to follow up and get things done. The wost!
As of October 2023 Las Brisas Doral this new association is the most awful customer service there is. They just comunícate with you by email if it is by phone they transfer you to a voice mail incredible you don’t get anything done. They just get paid and that all it matter for them. I will love to know who’s their supervisor and report them.
The administration is from the 3rd world. This place used to be good but now it is a complete joke. If you are considering moving to this place, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Great place to live quiet comfortable areas. Super near shopping and turnpike. Nice area. Recomended
