Most days I am walking to my vehicle i see Paul over by the trash compactor pickup trash around it , and other times he is making everything nice and clean around the apartments. Thanks for having a great employee who cares to make the place I and others live that live make such a nice clean place to live. When I see him he is always in great spirit. Paul has been outstanding as our maintenance technician. He is always professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request, he responds quickly and gets the job done right the first time. Dear Neighbors, if you have cockroaches in your apartment — which unfortunately seems pretty common — try using this roach killer. It’s extremely effective. Just follow the instructions and spray it in the corners where roaches tend to appear. Before long, you’ll notice you’re no longer being ‘startled into screaming’ by cockroaches of all sizes 🤣.
