I had noisy/combative upstairs neighbors, and though it took some time and some persistence from myself to get the issue resolved, I am happy to say it is resolved. Thank you Crystal, Alexis, Abby, and Robin for your patience with me and for finding a resolution for my family and I. We couldn’t be any happier now.
They don’t care if the upstairs neighbors keep you awake all night due to an active dog,they want you to record the noise instead of sleeping because they won’t take your word for it despite several calls about the noise. They gave some bull about that’s normal noise. Don’t move here. As I type this,the dog is randomly running around and it’s now 2:25 am,this has been happening since 12:43 am.
