This is truly the worst place I ever lived. I came here from living in a 4 bedroom home... There is zero maintenance here. This place is so old the hot water and the cold water are shut off multiple times a month.... more than is possibly legal. My lease ends soon and I can't wait to MOVE. There are so many places to live in Casa Grande better than here and cheaper too. Truly the worst experience in my life. As a combat vet from Iraq, at least our toilets flushsd. People are nice, quiet after 10 pm plenty of space to walk pets and the grounds are kept clean apartment is great.managers always polite and helpful
I have live here almost 2 in March! I have felt from day that this was the place for me everyone is so freindly we help if we can and if we call to get something fixed they do their best to get here as fast as they can
Absolutely hate living here!!!! I can’t wait to move Office staff is not professional and maintenance only has one guy who is rude and doesn’t do anything when they say he will Had to wait three months to even get a key to my mailbox I’m still waiting on a key for my storage closet It’s been almost 6 months.
