I lived here for about almost 2 years now the place is definitely gone through some changes. The building itself is over 20 years old so just know that it's going to be an old building with issues. When I first moved in here I got brand new appliances which is very nice. Never had issues with the old manager but we got a brand new manager because the last one got fired. Poor management and communication skills!! I haven’t lived there for 3 months now after 3 years of being a resident. They switched property management towards the end of me living there. I gave my 30 day notice and paid the remainder of what I owed. Yet I’m still getting text messages saying I owe. I’ve talked to Shelly and she was trying to tell me I broke my lease and she would reach back out, never did. Called back in there is a new manager named Jim. Living at Las Brisas Apartment Homes has been an excellent experience from day one. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and has a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. The staff is professional, friendly, and always responsive whenever anything comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much they care about their residents. The grounds are clean, and the amenities are kept in great condition.
They don’t know how to keep accurate records. Fell behind on rent, paid what they told me to and the same day was told I owe $200 more or a late fee and eviction threat. Poor management
