I have been so happy living at Las Brisas. We moved because of my husband's health, and the manager was so helpful in the moving process. If we have needed something, management responds immediately. It's a great place to live. We have renewed our lease twice, and management continues to be responsive to maintenance requests. They work on what they can, and do their best with issues beyond their control. Las Brisas is a quiet neighborhood, and close to anything we need. After two years, it's still a great place to live.
I lived here for about almost 2 years now the place is definitely gone through some changes. The building itself is over 20 years old so just know that it's going to be an old building with issues. When I first moved in here I got brand new appliances which is very nice. Never had issues with the old manager but we got a brand new manager because the last one got fired. Poor management and communication skills!! I haven’t lived there for 3 months now after 3 years of being a resident. They switched property management towards the end of me living there. I gave my 30 day notice and paid the remainder of what I owed. Yet I’m still getting text messages saying I owe. I’ve talked to Shelly and she was trying to tell me I broke my lease and she would reach back out, never did. Called back in there is a new manager named Jim.
