For a little older apartment complex its a very nice and clean property. Nice new washer and dryers in the laundry room. Nice pool as well. Pet friendly.
Horrible place to live they over charge and break the lease make false claims and statements regarding tenants violate tenant rights.
I have been so happy living at Las Brisas. We moved because of my husband's health, and the manager was so helpful in the moving process. If we have needed something, management responds immediately. It's a great place to live. We have renewed our lease twice, and management continues to be responsive to maintenance requests. They work on what they can, and do their best with issues beyond their control. Las Brisas is a quiet neighborhood, and close to anything we need. After two years, it's still a great place to live.
