Edit: The person in charge right now is friendly, and does what they can to handle issues. Our fire place was fully fixed a while ago, new fences have been built on the outside of the complex and they try to keep the gates fixed. it’s good but I don’t like how we haven’t had any good neighbors since we moved in, loud and busy area. not able to relax without kids screaming outside around 11pm
Nice place to rent from haven't had many issues. People are loud but can't control that. 👍🏻💯
Don't let the pretty images of the place fool you. I have rarely ever seen them do landscaping beyond very basic upkeep. Most of the hedge patches are dried up and dead, just full of dirt, the areas behind the apartments are mossy, but mostly filled with rocks, and many of our doors were off balance and would not close properly, if at all, the lower tracks for the closet doors are gone.
