This Restaurant has the best Homemade Mexican food that I have been to in awhile. I will be returning soon with the whole family. The service here is awesome waitress are really kind and fast thank you for the great service.
Las Brisas is an great little gem in Edmonds. Unlike most Mexican restaurants they actually pay attention to plating and their food looks beautiful. Of course it tastes amazing also, this is not your standard beans/rice/cheese/meat/tortilla mixture that you see almost everywhere else. I would specifically recommend their chicken mole, its absolutely delicious.
Out of this world! – Yes, it is Mexican food. But more like gourmet Mexican cuisine that you would find at a five star restaurant in Mexico. The cuisine here is serious business and out of this world! The quality of the ingredients and intricate preparation are evident in every bite! From the warm fresh out of the oven chips and freshly made zesty salsa, to their fabulous house specialties, you honestly can not go wrong with any choice on this menu.
The menu is extensive, and has something for everyone. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There are a lot of comfortable booths and a nice gas fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere inside. In the summer there is an outdoor eating area. The service is very friendly and efficient. I also like that it is open all afternoon, so if I am starving at 4 p.m., I can drop by for a meal and then take a nice walk along the nearby harbor afterwards. This place is great! Me and my family always go to Las Brisas when we are in the mood for a sit-down dinning night. In fact, we don't know where else to go if we decide to go someplace other than Las Brisas! Anyway, their food is wonderful, their service is ALWAYS friendly! I always get the two enchiladas platter with rice and beans and a Shirley Temple.
Love It – So fresh, handmade, delicious! We found this on Yelp while on the Kingston side of the ferry, hoping for some delectable Mexican food for dinner (and something with tequila). This is IT! Now, whenever we head to Seattle on Friday evening, we have a sure thing plan for dinner right on the other side of the ferry. Love it. Great job!
Highly Recommend – There aren't many restaurants that my husband and I frequent regularly, but this is one that we do. Almost every Friday night, we eat at Las Brisas. The owners and staff are like family. Service is great. Food is the best (very fresh) and the atmosphere is always clean, fresh and pleasant. We highly recommend Las Brisas.
Best Mexican Food! – Went here after purchasing a Groupon for this restaurant. It was a great find. The service was very personable, friendly and overall good. The chicken quesedilla was great, just the right size for an appetizer. The chips and salsa served when you sit down where amazing, very fresh tasting chips and salsa that was just right.
Loyal Customer – I come here about once every two weeks to get my Mexican food fix. This is the only place in Washington that is worth going to that much. The prices are not bad either, so it makes it easier for me to come that much.
