Therapy has been a journey. With each session, I learn more and more about myself. April has been great and has helped give me important tools to take with me outside of our sessions and into everyday life. I spent years wanting to go to therapy but was afraid to take that first step. I’m so glad I finally did. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I definitely encourage you to invest in yourself. It’s been worth it for me, but it does take time.
I have worked with Julian Coppola-Zahavi and Bruce (Adriano). Both have by far exceeded my expectations. Julian is a great listener, very easy to talk honestly without judgement, and utilizes many different types of treatment including EMDR and Hypnosis. Bruce has been fantastic working with. He has assisted me in finding jobs in line with my interests, government resources that might be available to me, and overall very encouraging. So I wanted to leave a review on how great my therapist Adriano (Bruce) Serviziati was with me during our sessions. He was very supportive, helpful, and personable. He helped me a lot in managing my anxiety and supported me the whole way through. He is an amazing therapist and highly recommend him to anyone seeking support with their mental health.
They did a great job of pairing me with the right person!
