Thank you for your prompt response after Hurricane Milton. Drew was diligent in finding the root cause of my system's breakdown. I really appreciate his dedication, and Larson's ongoing quality service.
Called Larson's on a Saturday for emergency services. Ron had a busy schedule ahead our issue. He identified the issues and got the AC up and running quickly. He also took the time to identify a couple other issues with the original installation by a different by a different contractor that affected the efficiency of the unit and stayed to repair those as well. Excellent service, and I highly recommend Larson's.
Andy and Ron step up to the plate just when we need them! We’ve been using Larson’s AC for over 5 years now and they never disappoint! Andy is so trustworthy and we trust him with our home, even when we are not there. A very important fact is that they are not quick to sell us something we don’t need…they’ve made some logical repairs and we appreciate them not making a hard sell when we don’t need a full unit replacement. When they say it’s time we will trust their word.
Highly recommended! Our 25+ year AC was on last legs and needed a hopefully quick service call to get through the summer. Ron sent out Drew and Andy the same day. (We had satisfactorily used LarsonsAC in the past.) After a complete inspection, the bad news was expected and unremarkable. Drew went over the problems thoroughly to our satisfaction.
