We just called this company to inquire about purchasing a work van, and the experience was disappointing. The first person we spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive, making it difficult to communicate our interest. We ended the call politely but were left with a poor impression. The second person was slightly more understanding but seemed completely uninterested in speaking with a potential customer. This was a surprising and frustrating experience.
Got my Audi service done today. They were there as a temp bases, but the service was great. Service Rep Dan was great and explained things well.
Waited 4 months to fix a cabin heating issue. Got home and the repair sheet said, “turned on heat and it worked” the end. Waited 6 more months for appointment #2. Dropped van off on a Wednesday night, proceeded to call and email them Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Never got a return phone call and never got a returned email. They then charged me $150 for another warranty issue that they then said they could not fix because I replaced the bumper but could not tell me what troubleshooting was done. Buyer beware!!! They are not equipped or capable of honestly servicing the sprinter vans they sell. Service advisers are nothing but failed salespeople and the so called technicians are first year apprentices at best. You will be taken for one hell of a ride and in the end will ultimately need to find competent service elsewhere. Be prepared to be overcharged and underserved. Also for commercial use vans be prepared to be unexpectedly out of business due to this incompetence.
