Nice clean office. Staff is nice.
I am disappointed with what happened with the front office staff. The 2 orthodontists here are great and the back office staff is great. However, I called to reschedule my son's appointment and was put on hold for 6 minutes, then I was hung up on, tried calling back at 3:54 p.m. and got a recording that the office was closed even though it says they are open until 4 p.m. I call the next morning and told the girl what happened and she said "oh sorry". Dr. Larson, and his team are great. I was provided with great service at every appointment. Dr. Larson is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this orthodontist. It’s been over a year since I’ve had my braces removed, and I haven’t had any problems. I love my teeth, and smile! 😀 🦷
