We worked with Todd over Labor Day weekend and he was amazing! He was quick to help us, show us exactly what we wanted. Gave me a great test drive while talking to me about how the car drives etc. we came back the next day. He communicated with us via text and answered our questions. It was a bit of a wait (almost 3+ close to 4) for us to get in and get out (not counting the test drive day) I’d recommend Todd to anyone go check him out ask him all the questions. Took my Accent in for a full tune up today and received superior service ! The people at the service desk were amazing and my Advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was really nice and clean. They did an excellent job on my car. I am very happy ! Thank you for providing excellent service! I will definitely be back !
The team was awesome, kept me updated about my car as I brought it in with concerns after purchasing. Ryan Virtue was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. Ken was my finance guy and he wasn’t pushy and didn’t make me feel pressure to purchase anything that I didn’t actually need. Thank you Hyundai of Kirkland team, I will be back to purchase more vehichles (once my kids start driving)
Do not buy from this place. If you do come pre approved go to your bank or a credit union. If NOT the dealership makes money off you financing through them. They do finance mark up rate. If you were approved at 4.99% they will come back and say 6.99%. Buy new or used with a car with very low miles that still is in warranty from the manufacturer. Make sure the warranty can be transferred. Toyota, Honda and Hyundai all transferable. If you buy Toyota or Honda, you don’t need a warranty from the dealership from at all the car c... read more
