Service man Arrived early after calling to confirm I’m home. Found the problem, I was given a few options to choose from, problem fixed and ALL cleaned up. Excellent service.
I am very disappointed with Pascal today. I joined the service maintenance last Spring and was told I had a $250 credit for future services. I had a serviceman come today and give me an estimate on ductwork cleaning and installing an air purifier. I was told my $250 did not apply, I’m canceling all services with Pascal.
Excellent service and fair price.
