Excellent experience all the way around. Our insurance company was dreadful. Without Terry's expertise and persistence, I doubt anything would have got done. He walked us through every step of the process. We are happy with the repairs and trust our roof will last! Terry's is very thorough and communicative (just be aware it can often take a second text/email as a reminder). Highly recommend.
All seemed to go well, but when damages occurred during the roof removal no one will return texts or emails after weeks of messages sent. We are not pleased!
Terry was excellent! He was very responsive and dependable. He eased my concerns on a brand new house I purchased and I trust him and his expertise.
