Catherine is phenomenal and has gone out of her way to help me and make our business smoother. Derek has completed tasks later than promised at times, but after serious feedback he really stepped it up. They both go the extra step to find out exactly the best way to do things. We have a private non profit, which is somewhat unusual, and they have it all handled.
I met with Lindsey a few weeks ago so she could help me get my business set up with quickbooks. She was helpful but informed me she would be leaving the company. A couple of weeks later I had some additional questions about quickbooks so I called the company trying to reach someone who could help me. Derek answered on the first ring and was incredibly patient with me as I explained the confusions I was having. He was helpful, friendly and genuine.
We've worked with this firm for years and find their services ((and staff)) to be prompt and detailed. Would definitely recommend this company!
