So first off, let me say that I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership since 2022. This last time in February was the last straw! Not only did a 1-hour diagnostic take over 3 hours, NO exaggeration on the time frame, additionally, but I was also told during that diagnostic that I had a severe oil leak and a severe coolant leak & that I would potentially need to add coolant every day. Horrible wait time for an oil change appointment three hours! Price way too expensive for that type of service. Miscellaneous suggested services ridiculous, I had a 30,000-mile service not very long ago.
They've been getting better at offering shuttle services with the lack of no longer having loaner cars.
Takes them to long to get you in a car.
저는 케딜락에 대해 자부심과 좋은차라고 생각했습니다. 그런데 트렁크가 열리지 않고 썬루프가 반절밖에 닫히지 않아서 파이프에 있는 Larson Cadillac 에 가서 고치고자 차를 맡겼습니다.그런데 1차에 는 부품을 오더해야 한다면서 내린가격이 1588불 몇십전을 내고 2차에는 토탈5시간 인건비 1100불...그런데 아무말 안하고 있다가 픽업하는데 선루프는 못고쳤다고 하면서 3시간 레이벌값만 내라고 했어요. 710.98전이였어요.토탈 1차,2차 2300불이네요. 그래서 썬루프를 못고쳤으니 부품가격을 빼줘야 되는거 아니냐고 계속 예기하는데도 아랑곳 안하고 돈만 요구하는 Larson Cadillac에 너무 실망스럽고 화가 납니다. 너무 이해도 안가고 이것이 사기가 아니고 무엇입니까?
