Doug Kephart and the crew at Larson Builders are 5 STAR. We love the 6-panel door/windows they added to my studio! They are stunningly beautiful and the finishing craftsmanship is stellar. Doug is always responsive, professional, detailed and available to provide quality construction and creative design and build solutions to all our contracting needs. We had Larson Builders construct a 3 season porch. They built a good sturdy structure. After making the last payment, we have noticed a few issues. We have been trying to contact them for 2 months, and they have ghosted us. They cut the attic vent too wide, which we verified with the manufacturer, and had snow coming in through the vent. One of the windows was not measured correctly and has a wide gap on each side, and the windows were not sealed with silicone. The shingles they installed are not the correct color, and the c... read more
We hired Larson to do some construction on our house. At the time they had very good reviews and were very prompt with communication and getting my project quoted. Once we decided to move forward with them the communication went down hill quickly but we still stuck with them and gave them a chance. They were supposed to get to our project over the winter(indoor job) but finally got to it in the spring after I had to reach out for scheduling many times. We completed phase 1 of our window replacement. Into phase 2 to complete front door, garage entry door, rec room downstairs storm and entry door. All went well and look beautiful. Bruce,Jason and Benji very knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to finishing our windows when they arrive in late October, early November. Thanks to owner Doug Kephart and Danille Perze project / business manager. Highly recommend.
