Does this urologist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this urologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this urologist rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not that I have seen Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

I never have to worry about them using old or outdated equipment. Their equipment is high-quality and very advanced. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you feel safe in this urologist's care? Yes

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you feel safe in this urologist's care? My visit went fine. They sent me for a cat scan and it has been 10 days with no calls on my results. I have been calling them and asking to talk to doc but he is always out or with someone and is supposed to call back but has not yet. It is driving my crazy because I am in pain and want to get better. After several calls to the receptionist someone should have taken my call or got back to me by now
