Dr. Larsen's staff were so incredible! We loved all those who worked with him & Dr. Larsen was so intelligent & yet so able to help us understand. We were so scared, it was our Primary Physican, Dr. Jan-Erik Schow who had found the cancer & he sent us up with Dr. Larsen. Dr. Larsen perform surgery on me approximately in 2014. He told me that the surgery and all the medical components he used inside me would last 40 years. It didn't even last 3 months. I met with him wanted him to repair what did not last. I asked if he would wave the amount of my deductible of my insurance do to my deductible was due again because of the insurance fiscal year. He did not comment. The next day his lawyer called and threatened me if I try to sue him I would lose. What a nice guy! I didn't plan to sue I only wa... read more

Nothing against Dr. Larsen or his PA they are great. My husband went in for some blood work after his first initial visit. He was called a 5 days later. The receptionist or nurse said to him "I"ve got bad news for you. My husband got upset. She says we miss marked or miss placed your blood sample. You need to come back in. He goes back in a couple weeks later. He has 3 vials of blood drawn on a friday. One week goes by no phone call from the doc. the second week my husband calls and leaves a message. Dr. Larsen is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He pinned my problem quickly and I'm feeling much better. His staff are very cordial.
He is spot on and has a great accent.
Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. me stress level went from 10 to 1 after being treated by Dr L. !!!
