This shop is very good. Jake and company know what they are doing, are honest about what must be done to get you back on the road, speedy and courteous service, and are more than fair with their prices. They are my first choice for any of my (domestic - ish) auto needs in Roseville.
All these great reviews does not surprise me. I have been going to them for ten years, and the biggest reason is, I trust them. They are totally honest. They will never fix something that does not need to be fixed. Four or five times they have told me, "Do not worry. At this time, there is no problem." And they have never been wrong. The best repair service in the Twin Cities. I even send them Christmas cards!
Larsen Motors consistently offers some of the lowest prices in the Twin Cities (the last time I went in I saved over 40% from what I was quoted by two shops in St. Paul) paired with great service.
Straight shooters. They'll give you cheaper options, won't try to upsell you, just fix what you need them to.
Being female, I'm always feeling like auto repair/dealerships never listen. They hook your vehicle uo to a diagnostic machine and find something totally unrelated to what you went in for. When they tell you the amount for the repair, you wonder if you'll need to donate a kidney. 3 weeks ago, I went to have an oil change. I was informed that I had a substantial oil leak.
