If I could do less stars I would same thing happened to me as previous review my home was measured incorrectly at 2665 then he came back remeasured found an additional sq. footage he left off of 203 SQ feet which still does not match our records. He then submitted comparable not even close to our home in the area to WAY... and I mean WAY under value our home!! I have never been so insulted in my life with a professional as I am this appraiser! Needless to say since we had to go thru a lengthy process of reconsideration on va... read more

Basically it looks like he measured my house, took terrible pictures, forgot to include some rooms, and looked up what Zillow thought the house was worth. I had to have a market analysis done to get a better idea of what my house was actually worth. I had an appraiser friend in another state look at the appraisal along with the real-estate agent who did the market analysis and they both said that it was done very poorly and didn't make sense as to how he arrived at his valuation.
Allen was easy to work with and very flexible. I enjoyed his professionalism while understanding peoples individual circumstances. Appraisers get a bad wrap but Allen is one of the good ones. Thank you Allen!
