My initial visits started off well. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable. I had no idea this was going to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life! After continued visits I became more uncomfortable with the staff (mainly the unattractive ladies working the front office) and even Dr. Bauma made statement calling me poor ( even though I paid every dime that I was told I needed to pay)! Dr. Lars Bouma, Aimee and the entire staff have been wonderful. Surgery was the least painful and most comfortable recovery I've ever had. Highly recommend Dr. Bouma and IPA.
