Wow. Went in for a root canal yesterday - was nervous and slightly skeptical as the outside of the facility appeared somewhat dated (like me!). Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Office staff got me in on the same day my dentist referred me. Front office staff friendly and efficient. Easy on-line forms to complete. Dr. Jonsson was incredible. Very compassionate, exceptionally skilled, and great at communicating what was happening without overdoing it. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Chu. He clearly understood my health condition, addressed my concern, and my dental health needs. Dr. Chu appeared vastly knowledgeable, warm, attentive, kind, and receptive. I established a great rapport and am overjoyed to having him as my endodontist.
Dr. Jonsson is a godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain things. The entire staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Jonsson to anyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant doctor!
