Terrible....my son is eight now still waiting for a proper diagnosis from them. Three evals since the age of 2 he deemed him delayed with no proper diagnosis. It took westside children's therapy half a year to provide an accurate diagnosis. He also gave the wrong billing code to advocate therapy on harlem. The bill added up to 2500. I begged for the site, his office, and billing to fix. They all sent me in a circle. It went to collections. His pcp had to contact advocate, they said they would fix it. Never did. Dr Desch was great with our son and gave us all the answers we were looking for! The in office visit was timely and detailed! Would definitely recommend him
My son had a zoom evaluation well over a month ago. I was told his office will contact me to schedule a follow-up. No call. I have called at least 4 times and left a message. Still no call back. My advice, look somewhere else. Don't waste your or your child's time with this practice.
Its amazing that all 3 of the reviews are exactly the same treatment I got. My son has his 3 year state evaluation in a few days. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get copies of paperwork with no return phone calls. I thought it was just me... How unprofessional.
I came to the doctor with referal for evaluation for autism. He said she doesnt have autism. But me and her special education teachers have been see sight of autism. I found another doctor who did the avaluation and my daugher was diagnos with autism 3 month ago.
