Dr. Carter is an excellent surgeon. Very methodical and meticulous. I completely trust him to not only do surgery on me, but on my loved ones. He is THE BEST.
DR Carter replaced my hip and did an excellent operation and follow up care. He is one of the few doctors locally that did the anterior approach. My recovery was in just a few weeks and 3 years later I have had no porblems
