Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Yes, they always put customers first Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
