I purchased a complete AC unit from Teague and son 6 years ago and since purchasing the unit I have had several issue. Teague told me that if I bought the unit he would warrant the unit with part and labor for 10 years. The business have not honored their the warranty. I've had over 5 issues that I've had to repair myself. They will send out technicians to trouble shoot and they would tell me that they will order the parts and never show up to repair the issue. We had them put in 2 units at once neither of them worked when they were finished one it took about 5 techs to come to even get it to turn on. They were some off the wall named brand that no one had ever heard of. I don't recommend them to put a fan in your home. Worse contractor I've ever had the parts are under warranty but he wants you to pay for parts to get replaced and you to try and get money back and he's the one who gets money back after you pay for parts. They installed an new AC unit, then the breaker switch on the air handler broke the joke of a tech they sent out didn’t have the right size breaker, so I told him it was fine to come back the next afternoon with the correct part, he conveniently doesn’t work there any longer. I have made multiple attempts to make arrangements for them to rectify their mistake which they still haven’t . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WE USED THEM TO REMODEL OUR BATHROOM AND EVERY ASPECT OF THE JOB WAS DONE WRONG. THEY LEAVE COMMON SENSE THINGS OUT OF THE CONTRACT THAT YOU WOULD THINK WOULD BE PART OF THE JOB, BUT THEY TRY TO ACT LIKE THEY DID YOU A FAVOR BY DOING IT. THEY SAID THAT MUDDING THE DRYWALL AND PAINTING THE BATHROOM WERE NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT.THEN THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THE "BAD GUY" FOR ASKING THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEIR SERVICE.
