My son has been a patient of Dr Glass for over 11 years. Dr Glass is consistently both kind and professional. My son had respiratory issues and allergies from a very young age, and Dr Glass made all diagnoses and treatments easy to understand without being condescending. I am forever grateful for the care we have received from Dr Glass!
Care in the office is adequate enough, but Dr. Glass's billing office and support staff are somewhere between incompetent and dishonest. Multiple visits for well child (i.e. ACA Preventive) have tricked-up charges for "brief emotional assessment" and other procedures "Lipid Panel" that are consistently coded as "diagnostic" even though the words associated with these charges are specifically called out by ACA and BCBS as preventive and covered at 100%. Feels like a money grab, not care.
