I am sure this doctor is great but his gal who answers his phones is very rude, abrupt, cold, and has not mastered the true art of communication skills. Not only was she RUDE to me but she was also MEAN to my sweet Clever Care agent when she called to ask what medical groups they take. Get her off the phones! I also called her to see if they accept APCA and she quips NOPE! Now is NOPE proper telephone etiquette? Get her off the phones!!!!! Dr. Suk is a great doctor as well as the entire staff! Office is clean and well organized and everyone is very nice! One small problem is that I don't speak Korean so sometimes everybody is hard to understand but we get through it just fine! Referral authorizations to other doctors are very very quick!
