I was very eager to purchase a used vehicle from here. It looked nice and the sales person was friendly. Little did I know, that there were some scratches on the front driver side door and the rear driver's side door. When I called inquiring about what they could do, the lady I talked with was very snotty and said that it was my fault that I did not look at the vehicle before I bought it. If I had known the scratches were there, I would have at least asked for a discount. Please make this right.
I reviewed this place place as being good initially & I'm sure I'll get some negative feedback from this, But at this point, I really don't care anymore. But over these 12 months and still counting. Buyer Beware! I've seen their true selves. By all means Do Your Diligence when looking to buy a vehicle or have service done through this dealership. Promises were agreed upon, that haven't been delivered, such as custom work,if you want to call it that! After market parts & the paint shop did not uphold quality standards as one ... read more

Service cent6er horendous
My nephew took his truck in there a 2019 diesel with running issues they had to undelete it because it was deleted from a dealer and was unknowingly privy to this ( not not the dealers fault) service mgr called him up and said they had to set it back to factory so they can diagnose the issue (1800) they took it apart and said it would be $16,000 to fix the issues obviously it wasn't worth it so he agreed to come by and have the vehicle picked up upon picking it up he noticed that there were several items sitting in his backs... read more
