5 Star : Likely to Recommend Larry Dennis, the Body Shop manager provided quality service throughout the repair process. He was very courteous and professional. Took great care in the repair and showing me what had been done. 5 Star : Repair Quality Body parts were properly replaced with quality parts. 5 Star : Customer Service Larry Puckett Chevrolet went out of the way to assist me in getting the vehicle to the shop, and later in retrieving the vehicle. Exceptional customer concern. None better!
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The vehicle smells like a mechanic shop. The ride is a little rough. Trying to figure out if I just need to get back use to the ride after a month. 4.5 Star : Customer Service I feel communication could have been a little more frequent over the 30 days.
