5 Star : My Experience The work completed looks fine. The staff was very courteous and kept me informed of the progress. I was a little dissappointed in the amount of time it took, however I know that being short staffed and parts availability is a problem in many if not most businesses and I was informed up front of the posssible time lapse when making the apppointmnt. 4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service

5 Star : My Experience From the intake communications, pictures, and ordering of the parts together with Joe Wilson to all the wonderful transparency, this unfortunate deer incident turned out as a fairly painless experience. His team did a fantastic job and very quick turn-around. This is my first "ever" of this type of auto damage but Larry Puckett's Body Shop was super. Highly recommend his folks. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service
