My kids have been seeing Dr Elam for years and he has always been great through childhood to adolescence. Easy to speak to for each stage. Got my very serious teen to smile.
He took his time to answer my questions and concerns. Wonderful dr!
Very caring and worked well a with my son who was nervous. He definitely put him at ease
Super inquisitive and fatherly.
Both my kids love Dr. Elam and enjoy their visits. He asks questions and makes sure he listens to anything they have thoughts on or questions about. They love exchanging jokes with him also to see if theirs are better than his.
Dr. Elam always provides wonderful care to my daughter and walks her through all of the things that need to be done at a visit.
Unfortunately the first people you see is what sets the tone for the rest of visit - receptionists were rude the first time I called - no help- seemed as if answering questions was intruding. no greeting when walking in. Talking amongst their self. We’re not friendly, one came in late not looking professional. Dr. Elam was very stand off-ish at first, but then allowed my son to feel more comfortable- it seems that no one had time for laughing or joy, just another number and ready for the next.
