Larry Majznerski was the orthodontist who worked on my wife’s teeth, as well as a few other family members. While the results were decent, the process was frustrating. We ran into unexpected costs that weren’t explained up front, and her appointments were frequently delayed because aligners weren’t ready. •Dr. M would asked to give align orthodontics a 5-star review before treatment.•Treatment DELAYS!!!•Kept pushing on selling products i do NOT need during treatments!• Spark retainers kept getting delayed and when they did, my treatment was rushed. From changing retainers from monthly to weekly. I find it ridiculous 3x to reset my treatment in a year.•toxic environment between staff and doctor relationship.
I went in for a 6 month treatment and it ended up being a year and a half. It was a mess. Everytime I went in they never knew where I was at in my treatment, they were always confused on what was done in my prior appointment, when it was time to go in for new aligners the office didn't have them yet due to shipping problems but didn't tell me until I got to the appointment, at one appointment they tried fitting me into someone else's aligners and I ended up leaving the office with nothing to keep my teeth from shifting, at m... read more
We brought our daughter to him for years. Her situation was complicated but he did help her but there was no end to continually expecting us to pay more money to do more on her teeth. After I had a negative result from Direct Smile, Dr. M offered to give me “a good deal” on fixing my teeth, which he did not do. So I just figured he’d do a really good job on my teeth. Very disappointed with Dr Larry Majznerski. My teeth were not improved, I have more spaces in my upper teeth than prior to treatment. Dr. Majznerski did not listen to my needs, during treatment he insisted I needed my teeth capped, which I did not agree with, nor was it discussed prior to start of treatment. Dr. Majznerski in the interm left large spaces between my teeth. My lower teeth were not straightened, he just bonded them. My family has been going to Dr M for years, I would highly recommend him to anyone! My deciding factor was the consult. I had prior consults with other offices that had less expensive treatment plans however they were 10 minute quick checks. When I went to Dr. M, I was impressed immediately with the professional staff, the in depth consult and I could see he had a perfectionist personality as he shared a detailed treatment plan. Horrible he ruined my smile and my bite feels way off. I am now left with black triangles where food gets impacted as well as sensitivity where he sanded down my lower front teeth after I had stated I didnt want it done. Which he then gave me the ultimatum that my treatment would be over if I did not let him. Remarkably my next appointment I was getting my braces removed and never got my bite splint.
