Dr Ertel is competent, compassionate, and very understanding. I would highly recommend him.
Office staff is nice and courteous, both times I went there I was seen promptly and Dr. Ertel is very nice.
Assistant Tamara (?) was extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Ertel a fantastic, friendly, thorough person. Listens well - and that's refreshing, and a big deal IMO. Doesn't give the impression of being "on the clock" like others I've encountered. Facilities spotless. Happy to have Dr. Ertel as my new Primary.
