I went there for a thermostat and found a Honeywell model I wanted. Larry & Joes priced it about 35% higher than the exact same model at home depot. I like to shop locally when I can, so I decided to buy it. At check out they informed me I couldn't return it because it was an electrical device. I told them that was unacceptable along with paying so much extra. The woman in charge told me in no uncertain terms there could be no return if it didn't work. I left without the thermostat but a very unwelcome feeling instead.

Very Unfair People – This is a business you need to avoid. First they sell you open box merchandise and when you try to return it, they don't take it back because it is open, second, they charge you 25 % restocking fee even for a little shower head. There is nothing written on the invoke about fees, all they can say is it is written somewhere on their walls. The ladies who work on the cashregisters are very unfriendly people.
