The best of the best! My children went there when they were children, and now my grandson goes there. Can’t say enough about the care my children and now grandson receives. The staff and Doctors are prompt in returning calls, setting up appoints and putting my daughter (1st time mommy) at ease with any questions day or night. Staff is warm, friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better practice!
I went to Dr. T when I was a child, and now I have two kids of my own and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are all professional, kind, knowledgeable, and keep up with the most recent studies. Any time anything goes wrong or we need to see them immediately they are always available in the morning the next day. I have no idea what all these other people are talking about, but we've never had any of these issues. We always have our questions answered honestly and fully.
I think it's a shame that only people who are dissatisfied leave a review. Dr T is a wonderful, warm, caring Dr. and my kids love him. I've been with this practice for almost 5 years now and they have never misdiagnosed or dismissed any of my concerns. Dr T especially is very thorough and gives plenty of time to answer any questions during the appointment.
Dr. T comes off as knowledgeable when you first meet him. Eventually you realize that he is not very thorough and is very nonchalant when it comes to treatments. He is against ordering blood work under any circumstance, regardless of a child's health history. If you're a parent that wants to have open lines of communication and partnership with the person treating your kids, this is not the right practice for you.
Very stubborn and arrogant. Doesn’t like to be questioned. Has said rude and disturbing comments and has not provided the proper care he should have in several situations. Majority of the nurses are also rude with severe attitudes. Also have had to wait over an hour to see Drs. In this practice. Terrible scheduling.
Just terrible all around. Arrogant, dismissive, and worst of all-- wrong diagnoses more than once. We changed pediatricians and can't believe we put up with Tiefenbrunn and his staff mill for as long as we did.
