Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. I attended UNL earned my degree in Communications. I earned my Eagle Scout in 1987. As a scoutmaster I have received the Silver Beaver Award, Distinguished Scoutmaster Award; In 2005 I received The Bradley L. Cuda Memorial Award to recognize those individuals who have made a significant contribution to child safety. In 2008 Lincoln Optimist Mentor of the Year. I have been selling real estate since 1993.

When the response is “Do you know how to read?? “ and “let’s make it clear we are talking about $7200! $7200!” with sarcastic laughter like that’s nothing, you can tell what kind of person and realtor Larry Holmes is. His agent AnneMarie Frerichs actions caused us to lose 7200$ which for them is nothing, but for our family is a lot. We couldn’t cancel the sale because of the contract breach.
