They sold a 2010 tdi jetta to my daughter with a brand new engine. The engine was destroyed due to a timing belt within the first year, and they would not cover it even though it was within the mileage of the warranty. They do not stand behind their vehicles. I bought a vehicle prior to all this, but I will never buy one in the future. I would never recommend this company.

RecommendedI came in to Colonial Volkswagen of Medford and was introduce to Derek and Paul. Both Derek and Paul listen to where I was coming from and offered me the best deal. Paul really does take care of his customers. Don't let me forget about Neil. Neil was the very first person I spoke to when I went in for a test drive. He is amazing.
