When I bought a car from them they didn’t even took the time to give it to me clean, and they didn’t fix stuff that they where supposed to fix before buying it, then they told me that that wasn’t part of the deal we agreed, and then they told me I could take my car and they where going to clean it and every day I tried they never had people to do it, I would recommend to buy in a other dealer for real, they don’t care about customers.
Bought a 2020 For ecosport. Big O Tires replaced the tires. Couldn't get the tpm sensors to calibrate. I took it to Discount tire and they fixed the issue within 5 min. Still having issues with a vibration at high speeds. Not very happy with the service that I have received from Big O and Larry Miller Orem. Taking the car in tomorrow to Discount tire to find out why it vibrates so much on my dime!! Not happy about it at all but I get nothing from the dealership or Big O Tires to resolve the issue.
