I was helped by Carl Warren a very professional salesman eager to explain all the details of the sale and go the extra mile for the customer. He will take away the anxiety of buying a new car with his ability to close the sale in a friendly and warm environment. In the finance department Mr. Romel Reyes took care of finishing the deal with professionalism and integrity. Thanks a lot to both of you and I hope to get my next Toyota with them too.
My experience with buying a car at this dealership is heartfelt amd amazing !! Armando Ortiz our salesman proved to be a great salesman. Very personable, sincere iand knowledgeable in the inventory - leading us to the perfect car and at the price we were hoping for. Another salesman, is to be commended, Jesus Verala, who volunteered his time to assist us when an unexpected situation occurred. The Service Dept. Is GREAT. I love this place. great dealership ! i drove 40 miles because they had the most Rav 4 ‘s of any dealership close to me Majed Yousif was excellent in the process of helping me find exactly what I wanted and sooner than later ! Took my Jeep in for inspection. They said I needed Brakes for a price of over $600.00. I just had 4 new tires put on and had tire dealer check brakes. They said they were fine. My son works on brakes all the time. He checked and said rotors were fine and pads were worn down less than 1/8 inch. Just because I am 80 years old they thought I didn't know better. They also charged me for inspection.

En dos ocasiones llame y hable con un vendedor que me ofrecio un precio para un auto cuando llegue alli nunca esos vendores aparecieron y me atendieron otros vendedores dando otro precio. Aparecio una muchacha de nombre Daiana ofreciendome un precio y cuando llegue alli todo fue una mentira. No pierdan tiempo en un dealer que no son profesionales y juegan con tu tiempo y tu dinero.
I own a Toyota Avalon, purchased an 84-month battery that is clearly marked as a Toyota battery to include a 02/22 date marked on the battery. What a scam! This 84-month battery fails at 32 months and the "warranty" pays nothing. I didn't expect to get much back on it, but they completely blew me off. Toyota makes a good car, but their service sucks and they treat their customers as if you owe something to them for buying their superior product. I've owned a couple of Toyota vehicles, but I'll never buy another.
I recently visited Team Toyota of Langhorne, Pa. I met Jeffrey Madison, one of the salespersons. I purchased many Toyotas, since 1970. This was my best buying experience. I bought a very nice Highlander, very happy with it. If you are looking for a used or new car I would highly recommend buy it here. Very nice dealership, clean and very well run. Group of liars! Wish i could give 0 stars but I'll just say this... You're dealing with liars that are wasting your time. Their word does not worth the ink it's written with. Do yourself a favor and find an honest dealership that is not only after money and also care about the customer.
worked with Rob Whiddon and John Ventre and an unnamed mechanic. They sold me a used 4runner that had a major rear differential leak that they covered up. This leak was about a $2500 repair that had to be done about 30 days after purchasing the vehicle. I spent hours in the dealership speaking with John, speaking with mechanics through John, and even going onto the repair shop floor to speak to a mechanic in person who told me the fluid I was concerned about was silicone spray used to detail plastic.
