Highly recommend to-stay far away from this dealership! They violate a lot of federal and state laws. Will give you mismatched numbers and add additional fees from the front end and then add additional back-end fees which aren't disclosed (Such as warranty packages, and additional accessories that aren't part of the vehicle) Even as a consumer you waived those additional fees, and they add it your overall price in the end. Mr. Jahangir P was exceptional. He was very thorough and explained everything patiently and in detail. We felt very safe buying a car from him. He explained payments, coverages, options, upgrades everything in detail and answered all our questions. We did not feel rushed. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Next care will definitely be from him!!!!
I don't know what is wrong with this place but there service department sucks! Its been nothing but a runaround joke! There is a recall on my 2017 tacoma and I have tried to get it done for like 3 months and they supposedly ordered parts but waiting for parts is the excuse. The communication with the service department is terrible or if not any communication. I hope its not the entire place that is like this, if so I wouldn't recommend going for even an oil change. It may take 3 days just to do that.

Henry (Ming) Chung was the sales consultant we worked with. He was sincere and knowledge, along with Imran Khan, the sales manager, they were able to resolve our issues quickly and efficiently. We came home with a 2025 Camry and most likely will go back again if we need another Toyota.

I purchased 2 vehicles in 2024 from Peruzzi Toyota. During the sales process they made sure I knew about free inspections by service teams. There was no small print to read and I had to pay $76 plus 3% credit card fee and state taxes for a technician to run a wire up a tailpipe to get an emissions test in order to get the inspection done. Peruzzi failed to mention that part during the sales BS. On 2/20/2025 I took my 2019 Tacoma in for service and diagnostics. I was informed by Service Advisor Leo Redding that rodents had chewed through the wires to the rear ABS Sensors. This was confirmed by the video sent to me by the Service Tech. I was informed by Mr. Redding that the wires were not repairable. This was also confirmed by the written diagnostic report which stated “...found chewed wires on harness side not speed sensor side .
