Very disappointing had an appointment and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours then they said they would wash My car and they did not they left trash in the passenger seat

Roberto promptly (within a minute) approached my car, introduced himself, clarified the service needed, described the approximate service time, called us in that time frame to convey that the service was completed, talked through the service technician's checklist, and sent me off in a freshly washed car! No nasty surprises, no up charged services, no delays. Perfectly professional, polite, efficient and competent! thank you to Roberto.
