I picked up a new Promaster from these guys about 5 months ago and I really had a great experience. The sales folks were fair and very willing to work with me on my trade-in and helped to get my out-the-door costs to where I wanted it to be. The back office staff were courteous and helpful all along the way. Rachel and Manny in Sales were great to work with, I’d recommend you check with either one if you’re in the market for a new Ram!
I took my Ram TRX in for an oil change and a scheduled abs update. Realized a week later when my skid plate was about the fall off they only had one bolt installed. Took truck back and they didn’t have all of the missing hardware but promised to order me a new set. Over a month later I had to call numerous times and left voice mails too. Never had a call back.
