I bought a 2020 Ram Rebel from this deal new. I have been extremely happy with my purchase and the dealership. I have had every oil change and tire rotation done on the truck at either the Truck Center or their Jeep location down the road and have had nothing but positive experiences over the past five years.
BE CAUTIOUS OF LHM!!!! I had nothing but issues with these guys. Yes i know stuff goes wrong with vehicles but it seemed like no matter what i took the truck in there for it would always come out worse than before. Ended up having the vehicle in there for 6 full weeks with no loaner or rental to be seen, all to get my truck back and it still have a check engine light pop on. Finally i took it to a new Car Care center and they had a quote for 8k worth of work, all of which should have been seen and worked on by LHM. Ended up ... read more
Eli was my customer service rep today for our trucks oil change appointment. He was very busy, but kept up well and was very friendly and professional. Great asset to your team!
service has tanked in the last few years, absolutely do not recommend. our old reliable service manager isn’t there anymore… no empathy no customer service and terrible shady practices.
Worst customer service and service rep ever. I will never do business with this company again.
