Finding a exceptional service department...can be exhausting. After doing the deep online dive then going out to LHM Hyundai, just to look around... to watch & listen how the dealership operates. Needed a new vehicle and had good experience with Zac Swanson with a previous car purchase. Made appointment with him. Told him what I was interested in and as he had done on my previous purchase he had 2 autos for me to look at. Liked them both, chose the one that best handled my needs. I had my financing in place, the car was ready for me the next business day.
The Salesperson and F&I were fine but did not answer questions when calling regarding Manual and After Sales Paperwork. Waiting for Title and Maintenance Warranty
