If you want to do business at a place that won’t take care of their customers your at the right place! How can they not take responsibility for a vehicle that was damaged on their lot?! They won’t pay and have been difficult through the process. But once reviews come out then they are willing to correct the errors of their way if reviews are gone? That’s a fine establishment! Run far far away!
Poor customer service and poor security. When you hand over the keys to your vehicle, expect it to be vandalized. The Larry H Miller Collision Center to admits no fault even though they are the ones who left the vehicle over the weekend on a lot with no cameras. This has happened more than once and no they are offering to pay for damages only if the review is taken down. I would trust any of my possessions with this collision center!
Poor customer service very rude to a customer I know! No security cameras on the premises! My friends vehicle that was locked and parked on the front lot waiting for repairs, had its tires stolen and the vehicle was left sitting on blocks. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY!
They screwed over my friend. Friends car was on their lot and all wheels were stolen from the vehicle. Not only are they saying they aren’t responsible for the theft, they are being unprofessional and unreasonable in this situation. I will never go to this establishment. You shouldn’t either. 0 our of 5 Stars. Absolutely shameful.
You guys suck.
If I could rate a ZERO I would for allowing a car in their position to be damaged and rims stolen. Nice work guys!!! You are the real MVP’s
