Great professional service from Mark Hansen. That is not something I can usually say after buying a new car, However this purchase went very well. I called on Monday to see if the car I was interested in was still available. It was. The next day we drive to Provo, purchased it and was out the door in two hours. Mark did a great job.
Gary and his team at Sky Chevrolet did an exceptional job and made the purchasing experience as smooth as possible. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I live out of state so most of our communication was via phone calls and emails. I could not have planned a smoother buying experience. Gary even had someone pick me up at the airport. I want to thank everyone at Sky Chevrolet, we are thoroughly enjoying our new Silverado!
I came in with a broken key and they were able to help me get a new key and have it programmed with no problems.. everyone was professional and very friendly.. I like Provo dealership better than others I have been to.
