Everything was good with my service, except when I got in the steering wheel was greasy. The picture is of the grease I rubbed up off.
I have an open recall for my chevrolet van. It is about a door. I doesn't work well for a long time. Today I drove my van to Provo chevrolet for repair. They said it would take about two hours. But I waited for about 4 hours and they didn't finish yet. Then they told me the mechanic could not open the door. I am seriously confused. My new GMC Acadia broke down just outside of Provo on my way to Disneyland with my grandchildren and wife. We limped into this dealership with the help of Tony our service manager. He took what was a horrible situation and made it bearable. First with his reassurance that all would be taken care of then getting us in a rental large enough to continue on our trip. 15 days later he called to inform me all was repaired and thoroughly tested and I picked it up and drove it back to Logan.
