The service center’s customer service is terrible , they’ll be your best friend when you’re looking to buy a vehicle but once you buy a car and you’re trying to schedule maintance they won’t prioritize you at all . I’m in California right now and left my car back home in Arizona , I asked my brother to take the vehicle for me and after he had to reschedule the appointment to a later time , he got there and he was treated horribly . First off Brendan Mosely and Todd Moore are the best. I have had nothing but problems with these Tucson Dealerships the past year. But I will forever be grateful to LHM and will never do business with anyone else as long as I and my family are driving.
