About this business

My specialty is a bit unique from other Podiatrists. I am trained in and specialize in Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle. This includes but not limited to previous injuries, deformities, Diabetic Charcot, and trauma. I have trained in Russia and Greece on the use of external ring fixators (halos) for the foot and ankle and lower leg. I felt the staff and the doctor were not very friendly. There are posting in the patient rooms stating extra charges will apply for redressing wounds which covers materials and labor if you do not bring your own. The extra charges were listed as $20.00 for a toe and $25.00 for other wounds. The doctor was very short in wanting to talk with me. Every time I asked a question and he answered it, he was ready to leave the room even thought I had more questions. Don't waste your time or money.

Business response:

This patient totally misread the signs. They are for patients undergoing surgery, the office makes available a dressing kit (2 different types) that can be purchased as a convenience . This can save the patient from having to shop several stores to find items needed. And patients do NOT bring their own dressings to the office. The office changes the dressings at post-op visits with office supplies.

I had a appointment and my insurance company doesn’t require a referral, I signed my child out of school early and when I get there they tell me I need a referral, so I called my insurance company and they told me I didn’t need a referral. The lady at front desk was rude! I would not recommend this place. Wasted my time and gas and they wouldn’t see us.

I didn't get seen at this location but attempted to work there for 4 days. The MAs were friendly, the front desk person was somewhat a know it all. The office is old, smelled of mildew, everything in the office is old & tattered. And from the back of the scenes, Dr Goldstein makes his own prices not the ones corporate suggests. His are are generally higher. If you need to see a podiatrist, go elsewhere. Go somewhere where you get the most out of your money. That's all they care about here.

I never went back to this doctor. He did not explain things well. He tried to push an expensive mixed topical cream on me that doctor's make a profit off of if you say yes of which they charge your insurance thousands of dollars for. $4,000 and some change. I didn't like this doctor at all. He is also impatient.

I should of had this surgery 20 years ago! I had a toe that has hurt for at least that long. Now I don't even think about it. I can walk and walk and walk very comfortably thanks to Dr Goldstein.

I love Dr. Goldstein and have always been very satisfied with his care! I live in Milledgeville and when his office closed here, instead of choosing one of the other podiatrist here in town I just went to Warner Robins where he was! I was THAT satisfied'

I regret going to this doctor. Location Description: Doublewide trailers, professional equipment appeared old and dirty. Dr. Goldstein: Not sincere & in a rush. On first visit, he attempted to prescribe: a cortisone shot, X-rays, two sets of orthotics (before making sure the first ones fit) & a splint--he never found my bone spur. He offered to administer medicine and not tell my primary physician. I felt like he wanted my insurance company's money, and cared little about my health.
