Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was disappointed because I only met the dr. once for maybe 2 minutes, his associate met w/ me the 3x's I went.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Do you feel that you made progress during your sessions with this psychiatrist?
